‘Where’s my order?’
Before contacting us, please refer to the ‘Turn-Around Time’ (‘TAT’) banner at the top of each page which shows which order numbers we’re processing right now.
There’s also a dedicated TAT page with more info and updates whenever necessary.
The Rewards Program:
Please note that this is a relatively new feature, and points can only be issued for purchases made after 3/20/25.
You must click on ‘JOIN NOW’ and sign up to the reward program to receive points. We can’t manually add points for orders from before 3/20/25 or if you haven’t clicked the Join Now button.
