SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - have the option at checkout to choose Priority Mail or 1st Class mail.  If 1st Class mail service is picked, we will have no ability to check on your order, track or trace it, if lost.  We are not responsible for orders lost that were sent 1st Class mail.  You except this risk when you choose this option at checkout.  We will also not be held responsible for items confiscated by customs.  It is your responsibility to know what items you can legally import into your country.  The post office requires us to wait approximately 30 days before filing a claim for a missing package, please be aware of this before emailing -where is my package. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS- We have now added 1st class shipping as a choice at checkout.  It is still extremely glitchy and does not work properly (which is why it wasn't an option before) so with that in mind, DO NOT CHOOSE IT IF your products weighs more than 15 oz.  You may be invoiced for the difference in shipping if we can not fit your order into an envelope.  

Priority Flat Rate mail option -- We charge you what the post office charges us.  As of January 2019 a Small Flat Rate box/envelope is now $8.00, Medium Flat Rate Box is now $14.35 and a Large Flat Rate box is now $19.95

For Priority mail, shipping charges calculated might not be the actual amount charged, we have added additional weight to cover the box and packing material.  If you are charged more than the actual cost, you will be issued a refund for the overage. Also, if at all possible, we try to ship the cheapest way by fitting items in a padded envelope and refunding you if this is achieved.  This is also something that we will not know until your items are ready to be shipped, if it will fit in the envelope. 


All orders are shipped to the address entered in PAYPAL.  Please double check your PAYPAL shipping information is correct before placing your order.

USPS offers basic insurance on all Priority Mail packages, if you wish to have additional insurance added to your order, please email us and will will invoice you for the additional cost.  

CocoaPink cannot be held responsible for items delivered, but not received or will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.  You will need to contact your local postal office if this occurs and fill out a lost or stolen package form. The post office will then decide if they will reimburse you. 

CocoaPink does not grant shipping refunds on lost or stolen packages. 


We assess each report on a case by case basis. If the parcel is confirmed delivered with a Delivery confirmation from the post office, we are unable to issue a refund or resend the order.
