The shipping charges calculated might not be the actual amount charged.  If you are charged more than the actual cost, you will be issued a refund for the overage.


All orders are shipped to the address entered in PAYPAL.  Please double check your PAYPAL shipping information is correct before placing your order.

International shipping is available.  We ship by priority mail international & 1st class mail.  We refund for any shipping overages.

USPS offes basic insurance on all Priority Mail packages, if you wish to have additional insurance added to your order, please email us and will will invoice you for the additional cost.  

CocoaPink cannot be held responsible for items delivered, but not received or will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.  You will need to contact your local postal office if this occurs and fill out a lost or stolen package form. The post office will then decide if they will reimburse you. 

CocoaPink does not grant shipping refunds on lost or stolen packages. 

 

Until a missing package has been returned to  us or officially declared lost, we are unable to reship or refund the order.

We assess each report on a case by case basis. If the parcel is confirmed delivered with a Delivery confirmation from the post office, we are unable to issue a refund or resend the order.
My Order Didn't Arrive


Orders shipped via common carrier can be tracked on the carrier's website. If you wish to track an order, click on the tracking link provided in your Shipment Confirmation email if you paid for your order by PayPal.  If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
