The shipping charges calculated might not be the actual amount charged.  If you are charged more than the actual cost, you will be issued a refund for the overage.


All orders are shipped to the address entered in PAYPAL.  Please double check your PAYPAL shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Please note if you are paying with a credit card instead of Paypal there are a few things to be aware of. First we use paypal to process all of our credit cards, therefore if you have an account with them your address needs to be the same as the one you entered into our system or Paypal might reject your card. It can also change the shipping address to the one they have on record. To correct this you must go to Paypal and update your info. Also, if you use a credit card for payment, you will not receive a Click and Ship notice with your tracking number. Those are only emailed by Paypal to customers that used Paypal to make the payment.

CocoaPink is not responsible for items damaged during shipment. This includes leakage, breakage, meltage, or any items damaged during transit. Customers may purchase insurance to cover any damage due to shipping. CocoaPink is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. It is your responsibility to have your packages insured or delivered to a secure location.

* Missing Shipment:

1. We are sorry to say if you didn't request your package to be insured there is nothing we can do. The postal service will not assist in any way unless it was insured. No further steps will be taken and we will be unable to help you further.

2. Insurance Claim: The customer is responsible for purchasing insurance for the package prior to transit. Uninsured items will not be covered by CocoaPink. It is the customers responsibility to insure packages.  Insurance must be requested at time of order, our cart does not allow for insurance to be added at the time of purchase so an invoice through Paypal will have to be sent.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the actions of the carrier or it's agents. Our legal obligation is complete upon delivering your order package to the carrier. Thus, the carrier's determination in these matters will be final.  CocoaPink also is not responsible for any custom fees that might be owed on international orders.  That is the buyers responsiblilty. 

Cocoapink does not grant shipping refunds except for overages you may be charged at checkout.


My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped via common carrier can be tracked on the carrier's website. If you wish to track an order, click on the tracking link provided in your Shipment Confirmation email if you paid for your order by PayPal. All credit card orders will not receive a tracking number from PayPal at the time of printing the postage. (We're sorry but orders shipped via certain USPS service options cannot be tracked door to door; refer to the USPS website for details).
